Halfjaarlijkse Poetsdag Hunze

Sunday April 13th was cleaning afternoon at the Hunze,

With all-purpose cleaner, brooms, brushes, cloths, mops, buckets of soapy water, jif, high-pressure cleaner, feather duster, feather ball, cleaning vinegar, scouring pads, sponges, dustpan and brush, vacuum cleaner and chamois cloths, Albert Jan, Carla, Corry, Don, Erik, Guido, Hedwig, Hilma, Jan Peter, José, Otto, Rob, Tanja, Truus and Wout got to work with their sleeves rolled up behind and above the bar, on the balcony, in the boardroom, in the boathouse, the bicycle shed, the gym, the hall, the kitchen, the changing rooms, the social hall and on the terrace.

Everywhere it was disemboweled and disemboweled and the bushes disemboweled and dust clouds and stains were removed.
Afterwards we were treated to delicious cheeses, fruit and home-made salads and humus prepared by Linda Dekker with tea and refreshing lemonade.

Frank and Brigid were also there again!

We look back on a very successful cleaning campaign and hope to find many (new?) enthusiasts for the next cleaning round in the fall!
